We followed a recommendation to this well hidden Chinese take away at one of Zurich’s busiest streets. Chef Guo is from Shanghai and manages the place all on his own: he handles the reservations, takes the orders, cooks and serves the dishes. To get the most authentic experience, we recommend to not rely on the menu, but ask the Chef directly what he has in store. For our party, he cooked Mapo Doufu and Yuxiang Jiezi from the menu, but also a whole fish and a yellow turnip. Everything was delicious and the bill was moderate. We are curious about what kind of ingredient Chef Guo will cook the next time we visit.
